Little Yogis/Mindfulness for the grades 1-3
This class teaches mindfulness and yoga while building emotional and physical flexibility. I will introduce breath work and continue to teach how important the breath is to our mind and body. It will help nurture and improve ones balance and coordination, develop focus and concentration, boost self-esteem and confidence, and strengthen the mind body connection.
